Placing 4 Straight Lines Adjacent To One Another, But Without A Ga

I have drawn 4 straight lines across the page ( landscape ), with each line
the same width ( thickness ), but a different colour, to produce a sort of
rainbow effect. Each coloued line, must not overlap with any of the others.

However, between each line is a gap which I cannot seem to close. How do I
get each coloured line to sit flush against one another, without the
unsightly space in between ?

Instead of pressing the arrow keys or moving the lines using your mouse, have
you tried selecting the line, then hold down the Ctrl key and move the lines
with the arrow keys?

Try turning on the snap object to objects in the Draw | Grids and Guides...
dialog and then nudge the line into place using the arrow keys.
