Placing a hypelink at the top and bottom of each page

Hi I have spent nearly 4 days searching the web and various forums for
an anwer to something
that seem so simple, that I cannot believe there is not a simple way of
doing it.
I am creating some ebooks, so I have my Word document and then convert
it to Adobe Pdf
At the top of each page I want two pieces of text which are hyperlinks
to affiliate sites.
and one piece of text at the bottom of each page which is a hyperlink
to my website.
I do not want to keep having to, cut and paste as this is very time
consuming especially when I'm creating 3 or 4 ebooks a week with 100
plus pages for each one. It have tried putting these in the header and
footer but these do not work, as it is a different layer blah blah....
My question is how do I create a document with these on every page
without copying and pasting on each particular page, I tried doing it
as a template but this only happens on the first page. If this cannot
be done in MS word surely there must be some application where this is
possible.
many thanks in advance
Sean

Don't know too much about PDF but could you just create the header and
footer in the PDF file using the form field. Once you create the first
one right click on it and you can duplicate the field on every PDF page
instantly (perhaps!)
