Placing picture in shape

LGFN

By Color -> Fill Effects -> Picture, I can place a picture in any shape, but
if I have a picture (i.e.) of me in a park; the picture was captured in it's
full view (grass, trees, horizon, etc.), and me in the center, the most I
want in the shape, is myself, but when I place it in a shape all I see is the
view of the top-right part of the picture. I want the shape excactly this
size.
A new feature of moving the picture in a shape to it's desired position,
would be a great idea.

You need to crop the picture to the desired size and shape before using it
as fill.

Well, I did know already about this, and this is how I'm doing it for the
past few years. But with this method I don't know if my computer would
survive till I'm done with all my pictures. And, if Microsoft can do it for
me, why should I waste my time on it? and I think I'm not the only one who
would benifit from this.
