Placing WordArt text over a graphic in a table cell (Word 2003)

How can I place Word Art text on a picture? The text in the Word Art needs
to be transparent so that the picture background is seen. I had done this
with the picture (and text) contained within a table cell. However, I have
long since forgotten how I did it.

The result will be used as a cover in a CD case and I have many of them to do.

Many thanks for your help.

When you did it before, you probably did it in an older version of Word in
which WordArt was "floating" by default. In current versions, WordArt is
inserted In Line With Text. In order to place it in front of your picture,
you need to change the wrapping to In Front of Text.

Thank you very much. I did this previously in Word 2003, the same
installation I am using now.
