Plain text aligment in outlook 2007

I'v installed outlook 2007 , since then every email that I'm receiving in
plain text is aligned to the right instead of left. all other format are OK
(HTML, Rich text).

NOt sure how this link was suppose to help...not related ..as message is not
stuck. But a received message in plain text is aligned to the right and it
looks like it "thinks" that it should be Hebrew..so this issue appears in the
internet forums but with no result. Al configuration has checked and
compared to a "working" computer including regional settings.. need you your
help.
