I have an issue where a user has a list of network printers installed on the
machine. When going to print an email which is in Plain text using the
file|print method, either none of the network printers are listed or the
option to choice a printer is greyed out.
The user can print plain text emails using the shortcut on the toolbar which
is pointing to a network printer.
If he has a HTML email, goes to File|print, all his printers list up be it a
network printer or local printer.
What I have done so far (note that what I have done HAS NOT WORKED):
1. Detect & repair
2. recreated the outlook profile
3. re-installed office 2003 and install service pack 3 for 2003
4. recreated his local profile.
The issue happens with any plain text emails that the user has recieved. So
it is not specific to a single email that the user has recieved.
Any Ideas?
