Plan a Meeting

S

Shane Nation

I am using Outlook XP with a profile based on an exchange
server. When a other user uses meeting planner, they can
not only se what my busy times are etc, but what they are
i.e. Meeting with Fred etc.
I can only se if they are busy or free. Is there a setting
in Outlook I am missing?

Cheers

Shane

You have given them permissions on your calendar. They have not given you
permissions for their calendar.

Please can you tell me where I set permissions for the calendar in Outlook.
I have right clicked on the calendar icon gone to properties and the only
permissions set I can see is "owner"

Many thanks

If you add another user to your calendar you should be able to give them a
variety of permissions. Click the Add button to add another user with
permissions to your Calendar.
