Plan a Meeting

when planning a meeting (calendar > Action > Plan a
Meeting) i try and invite attendees, then in the free/busy
time view for some people i can see there free/busy for
the next 2 years but most i cannot see more than 2 months
free busy (upto the end of november 03)


has anyone come across this??

i need help pls
