Hi All,

1. in my task i am using Timephased View, then one of resource fill that
column with 10h. Then, that resoruce create timesheet, after he click Import
Task Progress... planned row change from 8h to 10h....is it like that? can
planned work stay at 8h???

2. standard for work hours is 8h, if in my timesheet or my task (timephased
view) we fill with 10h, can that 10h divide it to 8h and 2h...so 8h will set
to row actual work and 2h will fill into overtime row? can PS 2007 do that?

thanks for your help

Hi Reza,

the behaviour you experience is by design. Since actual work is 10 hours
forecast hours will also appear with 10 hours. If you like to compare the
original forecast you will need to baseline the project schedule.
In regards to the overtime work the answer is no, users will need to
manually update the overtime work, that will not automtacially be updated
Hope this helps
