Planning a meeting in 2003 version

The Background - In Outlook 2k you could go to the menu and click Actions …
Plan a Meeting, then click the “Add Others†button, and add them. When you
saw they had a “block†on their calendar you could right click it and read
what it was. The 2003 version adds the “Add from Address book†button to
bring in others, but does not support the right click to read “blocksâ€;
instead displays the information on the line inside the “block.â€
The Problem - only a few words are displayed using 100% in the Zoom box. I
have to increase it to 500% to see the rest of the text. Even then it might
not display everything.
The Question – is there a method whereby I can have all of the text in their
“block†displayed as we did with the right click in the 2000 version, while
I’m “zoomed in†at 100%.

If you hover your mouse over the block, it should display more information.
Does that help at all?
