Planning a Meeting using Mutiple Dates

Hi All,
I schedule a lot of meetings at my work and I always need
to supply to seperate time and dates, becuase of
avaiablity of the group. How do I send out the two dates
and the user responds to the one they are avaiable for and
automatically updates my calendar or something so I can
pick the date?
