PlanPlus Franklin software

One of my clients in trying to talk a small unit out of using the
Franklin/Covey PlanPlus software as they want a standard platform in the
organisation.

Does anyone have any information I can give them about support issues with
this software? Does it add to the challenges of supporting a large network?
If so, in what ways? They want to put a case to their IT Manger that they
don't use it!!
