Plaxo synchronizing with Exchange server (public) contacts

I have two contacts folders...one is my offline or .pst folder and the other
is the one hosted from the exchange server. I'm running plaxo which only
synchronizes with my offline folder...I understand it does not synchronize
with the public exchange folder. Therefore, is there a way the offline
personal folder (which does sync with plaxo) can sync and merge with the
public exchange contacts on the server??


I'm not sure why I don't have an OST folder...can someone explain the
difference...and if this would resolve the issue?
