Play a sound or open a WAV file

What function can helpme to "Open a file (WAV) or play a
sound" when a condition is True or false?

Not sure that it makes a difference.
I was able to get it to work.
I'll send you a workbook and a .wav file directly.
Save them both in the same directory and try it.
Lemme' know if it worked or not.
