plcae the gird on the customized outlook form

Hi,
Any one have an idea about, how to plcae the gird on the customized
outlook form and how we can access that grid through VBA Code.

I tried in this way

Open up the Outlook VBA environment by pressing Alt+F11, and add the control
you want to use to the form control toolbox there. It will then be available
to the Outlook custom form design control toolbox as well.

But its giving ERROR As

The control could not be created because it is not properly licenced.

Please help me regarding this issue. Don't mind give the VBA Code also how
we can access through VBA.

bcoz i want to implement through Vb.Net.
