Pleading For Knowledgable Hand-Held Assistance!

Q

Howdy! As a freshly retired Crane Operator, I've held 50-60 tons of material
over the heads of a dozen Boilermakers with less stress than what I've felt
the last 12 hours reading the possible fixes I'll need to make to my Outlook
2007 program to get it functioning correctly again. Where can I find support
where I call into a technician, sing my tale of woe, and have them walk me
through the process of diagnosing and repairing this expensive P.O.S.
program...without trying to guess or assume I know what the fine folks in
these forums are telling me by responding to my posts when I don't? Thanks
for your advice!

What is exactly your issue with this program. Post all error messages and explain in detail what you are finding as an issue

1. What is the problem?

2. If the answer is not clear or you don't know how to do it, say so. We
walk a fine line between 'dumbing down' instructions for people who just
need a nudge in the right direction and not being explicit enough for
others. Sometime we can guess the level of the user by the question, other
times we can't.

3. You could call MS support and open an incident. It's normally $$$$ but
retail buyer get 3 freebies within 90 days. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2007/20070321.htm.

My recommendation: start here, if you need more help, call Microsoft They
may ask for remote access and can show you, rather than try to explain it
using written words.
