You can actually zoom already in OneNote. The two easiest ways are:
1. if you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, hover the cursor over the page,
press the ctrl key down, and scroll the wheel.
2. on the standard toolbar, click the down arrow and the end of the toolbar
to see additional commands. You should see a box with "100%" in it. You can
use this to change the zoom like in other Office apps.
