Please add an option to the notes so as stay on top always

I have to copy and paste some text in to a html form or any other document
which i saved previously in an outlook note. The problem is each time I have
to bring up the note using alt+tab or using mouse. I can’t use ctrl+c every
time because every time i will be pasting different text taken from the note.

So please add an option to the note so as to stay on top always

You should post this question in one of the Outlook newsgroups. This
group is for Microsoft OneNote (which can stay on top; View | Keep Window
on Top).
