Please add in Outlook Meeting Organizer fixing tool for time zone.

I travel frequently in different time zones and have to organize these
meetings while beeing in an other timezone. I prefere to adjust my laptop
towards the timezone I am currently staying in, but then all my appointments
change also in accoordance with the new timezone.

This is frustrating and increases the chances for miscommunication. Is there
a tool to avoid this (available or under construction)????
