Please add job title to Outlook Connector/Hotmail!

I signed up for Outlook Live hoping to be able to access the full informaton
on contacts from various computers. All information is accessible except Job
title. Job Title is a very important contact field. Please add to Outlook
connector or hotmail, or both. Thanks
