Please Add the Print Preview feature back to Word

With the first update to Office 2008 due in March, one thing I would really like to see returned is the Print Preview feature from Office 2004.

Not likely to happen... But you're welcome to send your request to MS
through Help> Send Feedback or one of the other avenues available. Lamenting
here usually doesn't get anything on the MS to-do list

Print Preview in Excel & PPt added virtually no functionality to the
software - it was only there because earlier versions of the OS lacked the
universal ability to generate it. Now that OS X has gained that ability
Print Preview within *most* applications is redundant excess baggage.

Word still supports its own Print Preview as in prior versions.

Yep! I even checked it out on my Laptop. Sure is.

Looks like if they retained it in Word why could they have in Excel.
Same reason for needing it in Word and more apply for Excel as well.

But that's for a different newsgroup. Thanks for that anyway.

I was answering a previous Poster's question.

I myself have since found that thankfully it is still there for Word.
Perhaps the poster got it confused with Excel.
