Please address the problem of Word 2008 with Xerox Phaser 6110

S

Stuart Wiber

When attempting to print an essay or any other word document, Word 2008
previews a blank document when printing from Xerox Phaser 6110 color laser
printer, a newish model from 2006, and therefore the printer prints a blank
sheet. There must be a plug-in for word that will solve this problem, which
has yet to be created by the team at Microsoft. I hope that Microsoft
receives this post and continues to offer excellent customer service by
rectifying this current incompatibility and updating word 2008 with it. Thank
you to Microsoft for continuing to program excellence in computers.

Assuming that you haven't formatted the text as white colour or hidden, the
issue is related to your printer driver. See is there's an update available
from the printer manufacturer.

Since your suspect is your printer, you should rule out the Printer & Driver,
in the OS not Word, select another printer as your default printer, borrow
one if you have to. Then repeat viewing in Print Preview and printing, if the
problem persists then you have an issue with Word, if it doesn't you may have
a problem w/your printer and/or printer driver.
