Please allow "Ctrl Click Drag" copying in OneNote

Will you please add the capbility to select an item, press the control key,
and drag that item to copy it? This would be very helpful.

Yes, I have missed that feature in ON 2003. I am so used to using it in
other programs that I do it in ON and often only later realize that I
moved the text rather than copying it.
