Please help am very very stuck

I am a disabled user (blind) and have an error on my pc
which is stopping me from usig clipart or downloading
stuff. I have run the detect and repair programme
attached to office and it comes up with the following
error:

Error 1919 Error configuring ODBC source. MS Access
Database ODBC Error 13. Cannot load setup or translator
library verify MS Access exists and you can access it.

MS Access changes to MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel etc Can
anyone help as I am desperate to finish a presentation for
university and without aid am struggling.

You don't mention what version of Office you're using; if it's not 2000, or
