Please help! Can't see Project Explorer

K

Kim M.

Yikes! This is a new one for me. When I went in to "Visual Basic" from
Access to edit some code, all I could see was a blank gray screen. Tried
everything to get the Project Explorer to open, but it won't. (Other windows
in VB editor do open). I think this has to do with some setting in Access,
rather than this particular db as the same is true no matter what database I
open.

Thanks so much!!!

Push alt+f11 then ctrl+r. If you still don't see the projects window, it's
probably squeezed as far left as it'll go. Try to drag the edge of the
window on the left border towards the center of the screen.

Hi Kim

You say you've "tried everything" so I hope you don't think I'm insulting
your intelligence if I ask specifically if you've tried either View>Project
Explorer or Ctrl-R.

Thanks Graham and Chris. I figured it out -- turns out it was docked
vertically totally off-screen. I was able to bring it into view, but still
can't get it to dock horizontally. (But at least I'm not having a heart
attack about not being able to see my code!)
