Please help! Groove 2007 Issue tracking disappeared

When I go to the issue tracking tool, It briefly says "tool loading", but
then the page goes blank except for the title. There are no toolbars. Is
there anyway to restore all my entries? I've tried to repair Office 2007
through the control panel several times, without any change. I really
appreciate any help you can give me.

Hi Suttnyc -

Sounds not fun. Here's some suggestions:

1: If you open the tool (I know its blank), is the File menu there? If so,
is File | Export all entries available? If so, see if it exports your data.

2: Can you make an archive of the space and restore it? Does the tool load
cleanly after that?

3: Is "Replace design" available from the File menu? If so, add a new copy
of the issue tracking tool to another space, and see if you can (in the
jiggered tool) copy the design from the new one.

4: Can you get the data out with Toucan Reporter 2007? ie - does Toucan
Reporter connect to the tool and space? If so, you can create a report of the
data and it means we'll be able to help you retrieve it using another of our
tools.

Thanks, Mark, but nothing worked. I methodically tried all your suggestions,
and the issue tracking seems to be totally empty. The report generated by
your software contained no data. Oh well......I think I'll go jump off a
bridge.
