Please Help, How can I?

Hello,

I am working on a relatively simple database with
basically one command form and its corresponding data
forms. I am trying to make this graphically pleasing. Is
it possible to insert animated gifs into a regular form.
I can insert the gif, but it does not animate, it just
shows as an image. Is there a special tool present to
make this happen. Any help would be appreciated.
