Please help! I Can't close Excel!

I deleted a few worksheets on my Excel then got error message "Formula is not
valid". I tried to close the Excel, got message "Excel can't be closed." I
didn't lock nor protect the worksheets. But at [Tools][Protection] nothing
can't be highlighted.
At [file] only [Save][Save as][Print area] are available. I must did
something w/o knowing. Please help!

Not sure how or why you got into that state, but you can always
terminate a program that has got stuck by using Task Manager:
Ctrl+Alt+Del / Task Manager / Select Excel.Exe and click End Process.
