Please Help -- Importing Emails and Contacts from Outlook (OfficeXP) to Entourage

Hello,

I am new to Mac and have a huge number of E-mails and contacts that I need
to import from my PC laptop running Office XP Pro to my Mac laptop running
Entourage. I understand that the .pst file generated by Outlook cannot be
read by Entourage. Is there another way to accomplish this? Note that am
not on a network, so I don't think the Exchange server approach works for
me.

Any suggestions gratefully received!
