Please help me back up my history items. (BCM 2003)

My laptop is starting to go haywire and I know it's only a matter of time
till the bomb drops. I have a fairly large amount information in my business
contact history and it will suck severely if I loose it all.

I have exported the BCM data and imported it to another computer with BCM
2003. Worked fine, except it did not transfer any of my history items, just
contact informatio was transferred.

Is there a way to get all of these history items to another computer? Step
by step instructions would be ideal, I'm not very BCM savvy...
