I accedently deleted microsoft word and i really need it
back. i cant do any of my writing with out it. if you
know how to redownload it or can get it back some how

It's not available for download. You should reinstall it from your Office
or Word CD.
Don't include your email address, you'll just get thousands of spams.

I doubt that you could accidentally delete MS Word. You might have deleted
the shortcut that opens it.
Do a search for Winword.exe. Right click it and create a new shortcut.
