Please help me migrate Project 2002 to 2003

I'm trying to migrate my old SharepointTeamService/ProjectServer2002/
Windows 2000 to a new WindowsSharepointService/Project Server2003/
Windows 2003 server.

I got problem with the utility PSMIGRAT.EXE.

I had installed officexp sp1, sp2 , ows1002.exe, stswiz.exe on my old
Project Server 2002.

First time I run the program, there's an error message tell me that i miss
the dll Mscoree.dll, and i found that this dll was Microsoft .NET Runtime
Execution Engine ..

Ok, nobody tell me I had to install .Net Framework on my old Project
Server 2002.

After installing .Net Framework in my old Project Server 2002, I run
PSMIGRAT.EXE again .. than there's another error message that i
miss the assembly Microsoft.SharePoint.

But I found Microsoft.SharePoint assembly installed on my new Project
Server 2003.

So this assembly was installed with Project Server 2003.

Now, can any people tell me how did i get the assembly
Microsoft.SharePoint installed without install Project Server 2003 ?
