Please Help Me -OFT

A client of mine went an OFT to me via email. When I double clicke the
file all that happens is a blank email opens. Can someone tell me if I
am missing a helper file, or if I need to do something else. Please
assume that I know nearly nothing.

Save the file to disk, then open it with the Tools | FOrms | Choose FOrms command.

Hi,

When I save the file, naturally, it goes to a disk folder.

The "choose forms" command shows a drop-down menu of only my email
folders, and not my disk folders. The file (OFT form) I just saved
does not show-up in any of my email folders. I feel like I am in the
twilight zone. What am I doing wrong?

Look again, under User Templates in File System.
