Please help me!

I am having trouble with Office 2000 help. Every time I
access help, a dialog box comes up saying it's trying to
install SR-1 disk 2. I look in the add/remove programs
portion of Control Panel, and it's already there. I had
installed it previously, and yet Office still tries to
install it again. I tried removing SR-1 Disk 2, and Windows
Installer hangs. I also tried just to remove SR-1
Professional, which was also there, but with the same results.
I was able to replicate the problem in a different
area of the Office suite, by playing with the registry a
bit. I deleted a dword under
HKCU>software>microsoft>office>9.0>common, called UserData,
and the problem showed up when I started any office
program, rather than just at the help program. I then
reinstated that dword, and the problem was no longer there
in that part of the Office suite. I then figured that the
same entry must be missing somewhere else, to cause the
error in the help files, but I am unsure where. can anyone
help me?
