Please help!-missing day names

S

Steven

I have Outlook 2002. The names of the days (ie. Monday,
Tuesday, etc.) are not showing. Only the date shows
inevery view, but not the day of the week.

What can I do to get the names back.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I've found my own answer - here's what to do. Go to "control panel" -
"regional and language options" - on the "region options" tab click on
"customize" - "date" and at the bottom in the "long date format" box type
in "dddd, dd MMMM yyyy" (obviously with no """"), and that's it.

Have fun

I'm using xpro, my regional and language options doesn't have a
'customize' tab...

I does list a 'long' and 'short' date. But there is no 'choice' of
which is to be used...

THANK YOU!! That took care of it.

Ps. Do you know how to get Outlook Address Book from
doubling up my contacts. There is one entry for email AND
one entry for fax for every contatc in my contacts folder
that has a fax number. I only want the email contacts to
be there.

Thanks,
Steven
