PLEASE HELP MY JOB DEPENDS ON IT

I'm looking for a way to allow users to place the mouse over the textbox and
be provided with options that they may enter manually. The red asterisk is
great but only provides one line. I need several lines for my message. If
this is impossible any alternatives would be appreciated.

If you are using a multi-line text box, rather than rich text box, maybe you
could add an underline in conditional format dialog.
