Please help, outlook gone crazy!

My outlook has completely stopped working. When ever I try to open the
program it gives me the error message: Run Time Error Program:
C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~4\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE

This application has Requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.

Does this mean anything to anyone, and can you please tell me how to fix it?
