Please Help! - Printing Issue

G

GSHelp

I have an ongoing issue that I am hoping someone can suggest a solution for.

We have a collection of databases in Access 2003. Within various databases
there are several reports that will print double sided regardless of what the
default printer properties are set to. This seems to be happening only with
certain databases and certain reports. The reports are all set to use the
default printer and there is no coding in the database that relates to
printing. We have recently upgraded to Access 2003 from 2000 and this issue
did not occur in the 2000 environment. To test I would ensure that the
default printer is set to single sided, open the database, print the report,
and it would come out double sided. Going through this same process I would
preview the report and check the properties under File/Print and this would
be checked off as double sided printing.

Any insight would be much appreciated. This issue has been causing ongoing
problems!
