Please help! Project Server setup- "Editors" vs "Users"?

We purchased licenses for Editors and Users. In the Project Server manual, it
describes five different users - Administrator, Project Managers, Resource
Managers, Team members, and Viewers. What's the difference?

James,

the license has nothing to do with the user groups itself.
If you purchase a Project Server license you will have to consider the
following:
Puchase a MS Project Professional license for each user ( project Manager)
that creates and manages projects.

Purchase a CAL ( Client Access License) for each user that accesses Project
Web Access (PWA)

Purchase a server license for Project Server 2007.

That should cover your requirements for purchasing Project Server licenses.
The user group you mentioned in your post are only groups based on security
settings within Project Server
I hope this helps
