PLEASE HELP! Quark 5 PC version crashes when trying to print

R

Regine Schmidt

Hi there!

Has anybody got any idea why quark 5 (pc version) running on Windows XP
Prof. bombs out as soon as I go into either the page setup or printing menu?
There is no error message and I have no clue where to start looking for
possible causes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Regine

Have you checked to see if there are any newsgroups or user groups to post
this in? They might be a better source of information.

Hope you get your problem resolved easily.

This is the wrong place to ask Quark questions, but you can try
comp.publish.prepress on a generic news server. Quark questions appear often
there.

Hi Sherri ([email protected]),
in the Microsoft® newsgroups
you posted:

|| I agree, if you want Quark to work right, buy a mac

What does that have to do with anything?
