:)
thank you.

i'm reposting this since i doubt its that difficult for
you Visio wiz's....i'm finding no help in the HELP file
(useless....) and support isnt an option considering i
just blew $500 bucks on the program....

Hi all! thanks for reading this.

i'm new with Visio and am using the wizard to generate an
org chart based on an excel file. (POSTED THIS IN THE
WIZARD AREA ALSO....)

i want the whole chart to be one page; but it keeps
breaking it up by top level executives.

any ideas on how to generate a chart that will be just one
page? i've searched a lot of the menus but cant find an
easy way. thank you! i can use whatever size paper; i
just want it to start with the president and work its way
down to the janitor.

I have an excel spreadsheet and want to do it that way,
but again, it breaks it up by top execs.

:)

i guess there are no moderators here to help us?????
doesnt seem like a difficult problem for an experienced
user or a MS Visio Champion....

i guess we will be forced to use the pay for support
option.

Jeff, if i find the solution i will enlighten you also.

I think we are having similar problems (Linking Excel
into Visio). I am guessing that there is a maximum size
for the imported objects in Visio when working with
links. I tried shortening the cells of my Excel document
(I cant fit all my information in though) and after I did
I found that the column of cells that got cut off my chart
reappeared. Right now I'm just copying half of my chart
at a time and placing the charts right next to each other
in Visio. I hope this helps a little, even though it is
a little troublesome.
If anyone knows how to solve this problem, it would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
