Please help. Trying free trial download...msg "No Pid"

Please help me. I am trying to download the free trial of
Office 2003 so I can see if I like it before dishing out
the 150 bucks for the Student edition. When I click on the
download button, I get sent to a page with a lone
statement in Times New Roman or similar font, about 10
point, that says "no pid" and that's all. ANyone have any
clue. I called tech support and they refuse to help me,
because they "do not support trial versions". How the heck
am I supposed to see if I like it better than 2000 or not.
You can email me at the address listed. Thanks.

This is very peculiar. Last night, the download option was
there for the Standard Version test drive. Now it doesn't
exist. That may be our problem. The only thing available
for trial is Professional and it has to be ordered on a
cd. Don't know waht's up with that, but oh well. They will
lose business I guess.
