You need an IT person who can go into DOS and undelete
files. Don't do a whole lot of work on that computer as
new work overwrites the deleted stuff.

Here's the hard way....Google for site:www.yoursite.com
and index:www.yoursite.com and save every cached page
they've got. LOL

PLEASE PLEASE! There has to be a folder that they go to. I
have not rebooted my PC. Why didn't they go to the recycle
bin?

They didn't go to the Recycle bin because the FrontPage team designed it to
work that way. They are permanently deleted.

You might be able to recover some files by using: http://www.archive.org/ .

That's why we publish our sites, rather than just work online.

He deleted *both* the one on the hard drive and the remote site.

I would love to know how that happened.

Go here: http://www.handyrecovery.com/ and download and install Handy Recovery.

Run it and have it analyze your hard drive.
When it is done click the Filter button.

Look in C:\Documents and settings\%username%\My documents\My webs ( if that is where your web was
stored )

If it finds your deleted web, the first two letters of the folder name will have been replaced with
$$ so if it was myweb it will show as $$web.

Recover the folder to a different location, and it "might" restore the files.

Be advised however that any recovery method is not guaranteed.

Also, if you haven't deleted your temporary internet files there "should" be copies of your web
pages there.
