Hello all,
I don't know you guys have experienced this problem. It makes no sense to
me.
I have an Excel file with data from Range A6 to CA12000. On top of row 6,
rows 1 to 4 are formula to calculate the mean, median, sum and count across
the columns based on the state selection in cells A1 to A4.
The problem that I am having is somehow the median formula is not
calculating. The formula that I have is
{=MEDIAN(IF($A$6:$A$65536=$A2,B$6:B$65536,""))}. It gives me a zero value
return. The formula on mean, sum and count work perfectly, not just median.
The strange thing that I have observed is when I change the state code (e.g.
CA) in A3 different from A1, A2 and A4 (for mean, sum and count), the formula
works. If I have the same state code with mean, sum and count, it would not
work.
I have done detect and repair on Excel, and it's not helping me.
Thanks.
