Case definition:

I have a project schedule with a ton of tasks. The resources assigned to
these tasks are : Internal (Enterprise) External (Local to the schedule) or
on some tasks (Internal & External)

Question:

I want to be able to create a field(s) that would allow me to see the
differences above.
On new schedule, I could create a flag (Yes/No) and query Internal or
External, but will not help me to find (Internal and External).

On existing schedules imported into the Enterprise, I hav no clue of
differentiating these resources.

What do I have to do??????

Thanks in advance..

In Project Professional, there is an Enterprise Unique ID field. That is -1
for local resources I think and >=0 for Enterprise Resources.

Thanks Rod,

And how would you use these Unique ID to see what I am looking for?

However, my question is half answered:
I was able to create a test custom field that included 2 values (Internal
and External). I could then use the filter to get internal resources, externa
resources or All. I geuss I will have to add another value to get the tasks
that have both intrnal and external.

All that being said, I can only do this on new schedules or I have to modify
existing schedules manually (Pain). Is there any other way I could query
existing schedules? Like to give me tasks that have more than one resource?

Thanks
