Please Help!!! with weird error

I have user opening a document and getting an error:
AppName:winword.exe Modname:ntdll.dll Offset:00002610

Windows XP
Office 2002

This occurs at different times weather opening, editing,
or closing this file. I can log is as my account and the
file is fine. He can log into another machine and open
the file just fine. I re-created his profile from
scratch and the error still persist. I have re-loaded
and reapired the office suite. I have removed the
normal.dot files, I have removed all tmp files as well.
Need HELP!!!

Did you try removing the global templates/add-ins?
