Luis..
In office XP you can set Outlook to use word as the text
engine for creating/editing email and it is almost
invisible to the end user.
Well can this same feature be used to add or edit text in
an access database can be via external files but the user
will not know it.
Text fields are limited in size 255 not enough but then
memo gives us more to write but you cant spellcheck,
insert a small table, write using subscript, use bullets,
tabs, etc and so on.
Am I trying to accomplish something that can not be done
or is possible and how do I go about doing it.
Im trying to write a policy and procedures database for
who I work for and we have maybe 3 to 5 pages or more for
each policy and we need to catalog them.
But in doing the above I would like to let employees
provide feed back on each P$P by giving them a subform
linked to each policy so when it is time to review them
we can take into account all the feed back.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
