I am trying to create a hyperlink of my business signature. The signature
contains name, address, phone #'s, company logo, confidentiality & security
info, etc. Is there a way to make all that info into one hyperlink which
people click on if they want the contact info? This would lessen access info
when an email is viewed on ones blackberry. Thank you.

Yes - set up a web page with that info on and put the URL in the sig.......

Well, you would need to research that yourself, depending on your situation.
You might find that your ISP gives you a small amount of server space to
create one or two web pages. Yahoo allows you to create a small web presence
if you sign up for a Yahoo email account, as do some other services. You
might try Office Online, or Windows Live, or something like that.
