About how to instal the program, dealing with my email servers. Am i POP3? IAM? i know we have windows xp but do not know the year/model of this Outlook (i will check). Message keeps coming back: Error unable to find mail in inbox (or even the server.

Is it because i'm trying to download yahoo mail

Incoming server, outgoing server, what is that? What do i put in that field

I keep going to the Control Panel and clicking on Mail to Change what i put in those fields, but it still doesn't work

Does it matter that i use the computer but am not an Administrator Account? Or that my name is not on the internet providers list

Please help!

The only way to find out what the server addresses are is to ask whatever company you get your email from. If it's Yahoo, you must subscribe to their premium service.
