Every time I turn on word, I get this message

Microsoft Word
Microsoft Word can't open the End-User License Agreement.
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it now?
Yes No

I have to install the license every time. I tried uninstalling and
reinstalling Word. I also tried a repair of microsoft office xp small
business. I have Microsoft office xp small business on a transport t1000
running windows xp. Thanks and have a good day.

Try to log in as Administrator and accept the license agreement. Which Word

I am the administrator. In fact I am the only user account on this computer.
I have Microsoft® Word 2002 (10.2627.2625) It can except the license
agreement, but in the next few days, word will say that the agreement or
something else in not installed and I will try to install it. I have to put
in the cd.
